FYI: Your delivery comes in a Tip Truck. We tip on the verge, driveway/crossover on your driveway and front lawn. Please be specific when advising your options. If you require the load to be tipped elsewhere, for example on brick paving we will not be responsible for any damaged incurred. We always recommend placing a tarp, old sheet or plastic down on any surface to avoid staining as we take no responsibility for this. If on the day of delivery any of these options are not possible and we can’t contact you, we will determine a suitable place to tip. If on the occasion we can’t tip, we will take the product back to our Store and when you are ready to have the product re-delivered you will be required to pay another delivery fee.
