Refund Policy
Please choose carefully.
Under Australian consumer law, Soils Aint Soils are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you found the product cheaper somewhere else or decided you/they did not like the purchase or had no use for it, they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind.
A cancellation fee of $25 will be levied if cancellation is given with more than 24 hours’ notice. A refund for the remaining amount will be given. If customer changes to another delivery date no cancellation fee will apply.
Any cancellation given within the 24 hours of the delivery will need to be re-scheduled for another date as no refund will be given.

Block Lifter Hire
The daily hire fee for the block lifter is $15.00 per day.
A $100 deposit is required.
Please make sure to return the block lifter by 4pm on the scheduled day if the return is delayed, an additional day’s charge will apply.
Your deposit of $100 will be refunded upon returning the block lifter.
However, if the block lifter is returned damaged in any way, the deposit will not be refunded.
Complimentary Trailer Hire
Terms and Conditions for trailer usage include:
- Possessing a valid Western Australian driver’s license.
- Adhering to a 2-hour limit for each load.
A shackle, a lead, and a split pin will be provided for the trailer.
It is essential to ensure that the product is securely fastened before departing from the yard.
The purpose of our trailer is solely for the transportation of our products and is not to be used for anything else.
Please note that you are liable for any loss or damage incurred to the trailer, and a fee will be applied, as necessary. Additionally, a late fee will be imposed if the trailer is returned beyond the 2-hour time limit.
Fees for returning a trailer late:
- $10.00 for each hour
- $50.00 for each day
Charges for loss or damage to:
- Trailer Lead – $50.00
- D/Shackle – $5.00
- Trailer Pin – $3.00
- Light damage – $50.00
- Tail Gate – $250.00
Tipping Instructions
Tip on front verge, or tip on driveway is the usual tipping location.
Please be aware if you require specific tipping instructions that we will do our best to tip where requested Safely.
You will be responsible for any damage incurred when following your instructions on site.
However, please note that if the sub-contractor, delivery driver is unable to tip as per your instructions, they will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative spot. If we cannot contact you after multiple attempts and the driver is unsure of where to tip, we will return the product to our yard although this will incur a delivery fee, and your refund will be for the cost of the product only.
Please be advised we do not provide delivery “time slots” our drivers work on an anytime delivery basis. We do our best to deliver your products within this time frame.
The sub-contractor truck drivers will only tip your delivery in one spot on your property – that is what you have paid for.
They will not stop the hydraulic lift in the middle of tipping and move to another spot.
If you require tipping in two separate spots – your order will be charged as two separate deliveries.
Delivery Times Disclaimer:
Please be mindful of delivery times when placing your order as we are unable to guarantee an order will arrive at a specific time.
We recommend you order the delivery to arrive the day before any workers and/or hired machinery will be on site.
Soils Ain’t Soils are not responsible for loss of hours or money if the delivery does not arrive by a specific time during the day.
Soils Ain’t Soils does not offer same day delivery for online orders. For online orders placed before 5pm we try to deliver on the next day, but this is not always possible during busy times. (No deliveries Sundays and Public holidays)
Any online orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be scheduled for delivery, if possible, the next working day.
If you would like same day delivery, please call us on 1300 808 000 and we will do our best to assist you with your request.
You can contact transport on 1300 808 000 on the day off delivery who can get driver to SMS you an ETA.
Wheelbarrow Hire
The daily hire fee for the wheelbarrow is $20.00 per day and a $100 deposit is required.
Make sure to bring back the wheelbarrow by 4pm on the specified day. If you return it late, you will be charged for an additional day.
You will get your deposit back upon returning the wheelbarrow. If wheelbarrow is damaged or lost, you will forfeit your deposit.
