Refunds Policy

We do offer refunds if it is reasonable for us to do so, we require proof of purchase (Receipt or Invoice). Proof that the product is faulty or does not function as described.

We are not required to offer a refund if a customer has changed their mind about a product or has realised, they have bought too much of a product.

We may still offer a refund in these cases if the product is still in the condition it was when it was sold to the customer, and the customer has proof of purchase, and no more than a week has passed.

If more than a week has passed, then we do not offer a refund on products picked up from the yard.

Bought Too Much Bulk Product

We do not offer refunds on bulk products picked up from the yard if you have bought too much but we may accept the excess product returned to our yard if it is clean, so you do not need to worry about disposing of it.

Products Put on Hold

If a product has been put on hold for a customer and the customer has then changed their mind about it then the sales team in the head office will sort out with the customer what we can offer them.

Trade Member Refunds

We do not offer refunds for trade membership customers instead we can offer them a credit note that they can use for a future purchase with us.

Credit Notes

A credit note will have to be used at the same area (North or South) that the credit note was created for as the credit notes will not be transferable between yards. A Credit note made for the South can be used for a delivery in the North and vice versa.

The credit notes need to be created internally by the head office sales team on the till/side of the original sale.

The only people able to process the credit notes are the sales staff in the Head office. Anyone with a credit note that wishes to use it will need call our sales team Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm on 1300 808 000. This can be done wile in the store or before going to one of our stores.

Cancelled Orders

We do offer refunds on cancelled delivery orders but depending on whether the order has been loaded onto the truck or not the delivery charge may not be refunded. Trade customers will also receive a credit note for delivery refunds as well.

On Hold Pickups

Any pickup orders that have not been picked up within 3 months of purchase are not required to be refunded as per the Uncollected Goods Legislation we are not required to offer you a refund and are able to put the product back up for sale. It is up to our discretion as to whether we will offer you a gift card to use in store or not and will be heavily determined by whether you have a proof of purchase for the pickup order.

Holiday Low Stock
Levels Notice

Please call us on 1300 808 000 before placing any internet orders to confirm stock levels as due to closures over the Christmas and New Years Period we may be low on stock. Any orders placed for this period will be advised if we run out of stock and we will organise for it to be delivered when stock is available again
