Delivery Terms & Conditions
Please be mindful when selecting your DELIVERY DAY when placing your order, as we do not offer DELIVERY TIMES. We recommend if possible you order the delivery to arrive the day before any workers and/or hired machinery will be on site to avoid any disappointment.
Delivery Days
Soils Ain’t Soils will deliver on the desired delivery date.
Soils Ain’t Soils does not offer same day delivery for online orders.Â
For online orders placed before 5pm we try to deliver the next day, but this is not always possible during busy times. (No deliveries Sundays and Public holidays)
If you would like same day delivery, please call us on 1300 808 000 and we will do our best to assist you with your request.
You can contact Transport on 08 6253 0305 on the day of the delivery, we will get in touch with the Truck Driver to SMS you with an ETA.Â
Tipping Instructions
Please note that if the sub-contractor delivery driver is unable to tip as per your instructions, they will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative spot. If we cannot contact you after multiple attempts and the driver is unsure of where to tip, they will return the product to the yard, and you will incur a delivery fee.
Tipping options available when placing an online order are:
- Tip on verge.
- Tip on driveway.
- Tip on front lawn.
- Send a picture of tipping location via email to sales@soilsaintsoils.com.au
- Other. (Please provide specific instructions on where you would like the product to be tipped.)
If you would like to discuss the tipping location with someone, feel free to call 1300 808 000 or Transport 08 6253 0305 and mention your order number/suburb.
If you have placed an order for two different products to be delivered to the same address, you will incur two separate delivery charges. This is because our trucks are equipped with splitters that create two separate compartments. A fee is applied for each compartment. Additionally, our subcontractors charge us for each item that is delivered.
Sub-Contractors – Sub-Contractors are responsible for all deliveries to site. If damage occurs the Sub-Contractors are responsible and will sort this out with you directly through their individual insurance companies.

9-Tonne Tipper Truck
Truck is 7m long and requires 3.3m width (including mirrors)
Height is 3.7m, and height when unloading is 9-10m.
6 Wheeler Truck
Truck is 8m long and requires 3.3m width.
